SixToe Tap Boards Ltd, its affiliates, agents, and employees, and all persons acting on its or their behalf (collectively, “SixToe Tap Boards”), disclaim any and all liability, relating to this product and related services. Keeping, using or allowing use of a SixToe Tap Boards product indicates your agreement to this disclaimer.

SixToe Tap Boards produces dance surface products (the “Products”), and makes no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding the suitability of the Products for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SixToe Tap Boards disclaims (i) any and all liability arising out of the application or use of any Product, (ii) any and all liability, including without limitation special, consequential or incidental damages, and (iii) any and all expressed or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for particular purpose, non-infringement and merchantability.

Any statements made by SixToe Tap Boards in any Product specification are not binding statements about the suitability of Products for a particular application. It is the customer’s responsibility to validate that a particular Product with the properties described in the Product specifications is suitable for use in a particular application. Product specifications may vary in different applications and performance may vary over time. All operating parameters, including typical parameters, must be validated for each customer application by the customer’s technical experts. Due to the modifications made on the Products, the dance surface manufacturer warranties may no longer be recognized or valid. Under no circumstances will SixToe Tap Boards be liable for the voidance of your tap surfaces warranty.  

SixToe Tap Boards shall not be responsible for any criminal or civil liability which you may incur as a result of your use of the Products.

Always operate any dance surface and components in a safe manner in compliance with the manufacturer’s directions.

IMPROPER USE OF PRODUCTS COULD RESULT IN PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH. CUSTOMERS USING OR SELLING PRODUCTS VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISK OF DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED OR SUSTAINED WHILE USING OR SELLING PRODUCTS, WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT OF SIXTOE TAP BOARDS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION FROM WHATEVER CAUSE.

No license, express or implied, by estoppel or otherwise, to any intellectual property rights is granted by this document or by any conduct of SixToe Tap Boards. Product names and markings noted herein may be trademarks of their respective owners.
